The backbone of Trio Gardens is an expansive infrastructure project aimed at establishing the foundational networks essential for the compound's operation. This ambitious project spans the construction of infrastructure networks across three phases, encompassing power supply, water distribution, drainage systems, firefighting capabilities, and irrigation facilities. Additionally, the project involves the execution of concrete works for electrical, pump, and tank rooms, alongside the paving of 25,000 sqm of roads, guaranteeing the compound's infrastructure is both efficient and visually appealing.
